Thoughts of photography
The details! They are the most important features! The DETAILS ...in perfect balance with the colors... spacing... and most importantly that very object that draws your and my attention into that very picture. Is it a tree alone, in perfect harmony with the landscape? ... or a pair of homeless eye, with the deepest kindness?? ... it doesn't matter. The details of LIFE, that grabs my attention and inspires me to capture the moment. The MOMENT, that we tend to forget in our busy life.
If you would excuse me for this statement; ...BUT .... I think photography has become ordinary and pictures have become average. Of course, I am talking about all those pictures that we walk by or scroll through in our daily life. NOT the ONE's, that makes us PAUSE for a moment by taking our breath, or thought away. Most of the time we don't even realize why!? ...the way how it's captured? ... the story that it tells us? ... or just the feeling that it awakens? Memories, dreams and feelings. The extraordinary picture makes our soul move into a different dimension, makes us connect to THAT particular picture. I personally hunt those pictures and save them to my archives to always remember them.
